my meals


My meals of a day.


For breakfast



I ate rice, omelets, a grilled fish, boiled spinach seasoned with soy sauce, and miso soup.


For lunch



I ate cod roe spagheffi, lettuce and Japanese white radish and tuna salad.


For dinner



I ate rice, chicken, miso soup and macaroni salad.
